Please note that our online-store is a pop-up store. Your order can only be placed during the pop-up store period when the products are put online for sale. Please place your order during this period.  We do not accept orders during non-pop up store periods.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Taiwan.

If you do not see your countries listed in the shopping cart, please email us through "Contact us" page, and we will assist you to calculate your shipping cost.

Q: How much is shipping cost?
The shipping will be via Registered Small Packets, International Parcels or EMS. Shipping costs depends on package weight and the destination country.

If you want to estimate the shipping cost, please add the items into your cart. Proceed to check out then enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. When you review your order, you will see the calculated shipping cost for the items you want to order. This will provide you an idea of the cost of shipping.

There were shipping delays and packages were misplaced. Please note that if the packages are lost during transportation, we do not cover your loss.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments through Paypal. Price set in Taiwan New Dollar (TWD)
If you pay by PayPal there is an handling fee that PayPal charges (5% of your order).
Paypal fees is 5%.

Please notice that if you want to cancel the order, we will not refund the PayPal handling fee.

Q: When will your order be shipped?
For in-stock items, the shipping will be between 7 to 10 business days, and you will receive a notice once your order is shipped.

For pre-order items, the shipping will be between 50 to 60 business days.
Remember that if an order says it will ship in a certain amount of business days, this does not include weekends or holidays.

Any order that includes a pre-order item will not be shipped until all items are available and ready for shipment. If you want some items ahead of time when the items are in stock, please place in-stock order separately, from pre-order items.  In other words, you need to place two separate orders.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders shipped internationally will arrive in 3 to 6 weeks, but please be advised that it could take up to 8 weeks depending on the shipping destination. The time varies based on each countries' Customs processing.

Q: How about Customs and import duty taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duty taxes that may apply. In addition, the seller are not responsible for delays caused by Customs processing.
